covid-19 mobile photography policy

 

 

Due to the recent corona virus pandemic, Loeulla Photography will be implementing the following safety protocols to ensure the safety of both your family and mine. Please take a moment to read the guidelines below and agree to the business policy.

on my end...

  • All props will be thoroughly sanitized before and after each session. 

  • Wooden/metal props will be wiped down with antibacterial wipes, or disinfectant spray. 

  • Fabric props (backdrops, and wraps) will be washed before and after each use with Detol laundry sanitiser safe for children

  • Tiebacks (headbands),  bonnets, and all delicate handmade items,  will be sprayed down with disinfectant spray and steamed with a high temperature steamer before and after each use. 

  • Maternity gowns will be washed and steamed or dry-cleaned between sessions.

  • Camera, lamp, posing bed, suitcase and bags will be wiped with antibacterial wipes before and after each session

  • I will be wearing a mask and at all times throughout the session, this will be thrown away afterwards. 

  • Handwashing and sanitizing hands will take place repeatedly throughout the session.​

In order to maintain the utmost safety, I kindly ask that you follow the safety protocols as listed below to ensure both your safety and mine. 

  • I can supply masks to parents if they wish to approach the posing bed or I need their hand with holding the baby

  • Please no more than two adults in the room of the session

  • Can older siblings please enter the room when it's their turn to have photos taken 

  • Please use your sanitizer during the session. 

  • I ask that any time you leave and re-enter the session room that you use hand sanitizer. 

  • Please contact me immediately to postpone your appointment if you are experiencing any of these symptoms: fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, dizziness, sore throat, headache, lack of taste/smell, and/or fatigue(not from lack of sleep). 

I certify that I have read and agree to abide by the above policies. I take full responsibility in moving forward with my appointment and am aware of the risks involved. I waive my rights to seek damages, compensations and/or any involvement on Louella Photography.
